The project.
TC23 is the largest scheme taken on so far, on the banks of Serpentine Lake in Hampton, Peterborough. The land was held by Hampton Lakeview Ltd, and planning permission was secured for 75 apartments.

01 · Find

02 · Plan

03 · Review
the scheme became harder to deliver than first expected. Taller buildings need deeper foundations, and building below ground is expensive, so a different route was considered.
04 · Hand on
the site was sold subject to planning. The buyer revisited the planning and redesigned the scheme as a retirement living community for people over 55, and is now bringing it forward on the site.
