The project.

Braeburn Road is four new semi-detached homes on a corner plot at Braeburn Road and Spalding Road, aimed at first-time buyers and growing families. They form two pairs, each home with parking for two cars.

Why the partnership made sense.

Practical, well-laid-out family homes in a village close to Peterborough, delivered by a partner who builds homes they would want to live in.

Our approach.

    01 · Find

    a corner site in Deeping St James, close to shops, schools and open countryside.

    02 · Plan

    two pairs of semi-detached homes, two with three bedrooms and two with two double bedrooms, with efficient layouts, practical storage and an open flow between kitchen, living and dining space.

    03 · Build

    warm red brick with pale detailing and slate-coloured roofs.

    04 · Finish

    simple canopy porches, fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms of the two-bed homes, cloakrooms, and landscaped rear gardens.
