JAW Capital buys well, improves intelligently and owns for the long term.
The company was founded by Jonathan Allen and Adam O’Hara. They invest their own capital, actively manage a real portfolio, and take responsibility for the buildings they own rather than outsourcing it.
We are deliberately small. That lets us move quickly on the right building, spend properly on the work that matters, and hold assets without a fund timetable dictating when we sell.
Over time, we may open selected opportunities to eligible investors. Today, JAW is a private operation — not a public investment platform.
