Jonathan leads acquisitions. He sources off-market stock, underwrites it conservatively and decides what JAW buys. He has spent his career around building work and lettings, and prefers property he can walk through and understand over anything abstract.

Adam O'Hara
Adam runs the refurbishment work, contractors, budgets, and keeping the portfolio in good order day to day. He cares more about what's behind the wall than what it looks like on handover
