The project.
1-8 Station House on River Lane, Peterborough, is an 8-unit residential development built in partnership with River Lane Assets, a business co-founded by Jonathan Allen. The scheme comprises eight single-bedroom flats, four on the ground floor and four on the first, delivered as a ground-up new build rather than a conversion.
Why the partnership made sense.
River Lane Assets gave us the opportunity to deliver a project outside our usual buy-and-improve model — starting from a cleared plot rather than an existing building. It's the kind of project that works best with a dedicated partner alongside us, rather than something we'd take on alone.
Our approach.
01 · Clear
Start from a cleared, fenced site rather than an existing structure.
02 · Build
Deliver eight self-contained units across two floors, built to let.
03 · Finish
A consistent modern exterior, white render and dark cladding, with its own parking courtyard.
04 · Let
Hand over to management and letting once complete.
Current position.
Station House is complete and let. The scheme reflects what we can deliver when working alongside the right partner on the right kind of project.
Before · site clearance

After · completed scheme
