The project.
Selvara 3 is a new collection of four-bedroom villas by Emaar, within the Grand Polo Club & Resort community in Dubai. We have bought off-plan in partnership with Vorta Strategies, which means the homes are still to be built. The community is gated, with a clubhouse, stables, polo fields and shared pools.
Why the partnership made sense.
Dubai is where Vorta Strategies is based. Buying into an established developer's scheme, alongside a partner who already knows the market, let us be involved there without taking on a build or running anything ourselves.
