Why it fitted JAW.
Peterborough is an established part of the JAW Capital portfolio. Church Walk added further residential exposure in the city while creating the opportunity to manage two neighbouring assets together. For us, that means looking beyond individual units and considering the site as a whole — maintenance, security, common areas and the quality of the residential environment.
Active asset management.
Church Walk is a good example of what we mean by active ownership. When individual units require attention, we work with our managing agents and contractors to understand the underlying issue and carry out the appropriate repairs rather than applying short-term fixes.
